Our History
Since 2008 we’ve been a vital connecting point between great Australian brands and businesses looking for creative and inspiring sourcing solutions. Our custom program Bao&Co works in tandem with our two other iconic businesses, BaoBag and Kind Regards.

Our Team
It all starts with the right people. Many of our team have been with us from day one; learning and thriving as we’ve grown. We’ve scaled up a lot over the years but we’re a proudly hands-on team who live and breathe what we do. Luckily, our directors don’t have to drive the forklift any more, here’s a bit about them:
Sonia Walker
Sonia brought the original BaoBag concept to life. Being a self-funded entrepreneur has taught her commitment and resilience, along with a healthy dose of risk management. With decades of experience in Management Consulting and Program Management across both the public and private sector, Sonia leads Bao&Co’s procurement and logistics projects. An outback upbringing bred Sonia’s “all in” mentality. She's not afraid of getting stuck in, including collecting every useful qualification, from degrees in Law, IT, and Cognitive Science, to truck, motorbike and forklift licences, to training as an RFS bush firefighter.
Kate Chisholm
Bringing stakeholders on board and finding creative solutions are what drives Kate, creating real and authentic trust and rapport with our partners. Kate loves facilitating fair and sustainable deals and making great things happen for all parties involved. Her business acumen comes from being raised in a family of inspiring entrepreneurs and her commercial sensibilities were honed by her own personal experiences as a business owner from her early twenties.
